23:50 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: In another life, Carlos Alcaraz would be one of the all-time great doubles players.
He's an absolute joy to watch in this format. He gets to really show off his incredible skills at the net, and an ability to find the tightest of openings and hit barely believable winners into them that has perhaps only been matched by Roger Federer.
Can he play doubles in every tournament?
23:45 CET - Team Europe win again!
The hosts have extended their lead over Team World to 3-1 thanks to a 6-4, 6-4 win for Alcaraz and Mensik over Bublik and Fritz.
Bublik and Fritz held their own and created some opportunities, but weren't able to take any of their five break points, and their team will now be playing catch-up tomorrow.
23:10 CET - Spaniards are really delivering for Team Europe tonight, with Carlos Alcaraz and Jakub Mensik a set up on Bublik and Taylor Fritz in the final match of the day, winning it 6-4.
Alcaraz has always been a box-office doubles player, and he's living up to that billing so far tonight.
21:53 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: Wow. That was some performance from Jodar. Many in the stadium today would have been eager to see the young prodigy they heard so much about, and he lived up to the hype.
It felt like he only got better as the match went on. With his combination of speed, power and precision, he was simply unstoppable at times, and as he pumped up the crowd, it looked like he'd been playing on the ATP Tour for years.
Something tells me Team Europe will be calling him up for this tournament a long, long time.
21:49 CET - Rafael Jodar restores Team Europe's lead!
The young Spaniard has beaten Bublik 6-2, 6-3, and despite what the scoreline might suggest, the second set was a more one-sided affair than the first. Jodar barely missed a beat, and his opponent just couldn't keep up, running out of steam and ideas.
That was one heck of a Laver Cup debut from Jodar.
21:13 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: That was the best set of tennis I've seen thus far at this tournament.
As was expected considering who's on court, some of the shotmaking was stunning, and the two contested some hugely entertaining rallies.
Jodar especially has hit some wonderful winners. It's even harder to believe just how young and inexperienced he is when you watch him in the flesh.
21:10 CET - Jodar has made a flying start to his Laver Cup career, taking the opening set 6-2 in 45 minutes.
Things couldn't have been tighter at the start, with both players fending off multiple break points in the opening games, but once one of them was finally converted by the Spaniard, he took control.
With some of the shots he produces, it's easy to see how the 20-year-old has risen so remarkably up the rankings in his first season on the ATP Tour.
19:20 CET - We've got just one more singles match to enjoy from the Laver Cup this evening, and it sees rising star Rafael Jodar of Spain taking on Team World's eccentric Kazakh Alexander Bublik. As it stands, it's 1-1 in the Cup, so it couldn't be set up better.

18:15 CET - The Laver Cup is now level after Brandon Nakashima came from behind in the tiebreak to dramatically beat Jakub Mensik 10-7.
Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena - Full credit to Nakashima for hanging in there and taking his chances, but that felt more like a case of Mensik losing the match than the American winning it.
The Czech player showed a glimpse of his immense talent in the deciding tiebreak, hitting a sumptuous drop-shot volley and following it up with a stunning backhand winner to take a 5-3 lead, but as was the case all match, the errors then crept in, with him missing a number of straightforward shots; of the 10 points he lost in the tiebreak, six were unforced errors on his part.
He'll be hoping to make amends in the doubles match later tonight, but from a neutral perspective, this result set the stage perfectly for what was the standout clash of the opening day: Rafael Jodar vs Alexander Bublik. The crowd have come alive at times so far today, but a clash between two real fan favourites and entertainers is sure to ramp things up.
17:55 CET - Team Europe are producing another comeback at the Laver Cup as Jakub Mensik takes the second set 6-3 in an impressive response. The match now goes to a 10-point tiebreak to decide the winner!
17:20 CET - Brandon Nakashima has taken the first set 6-1 against Jakub Mensik to move Team World one step away from levelling the score at 1-1.
Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: And just like that, the wind has very much been taken out of the sails of Team Europe and the home crowd.
Mensik played a poor set, missing the majority of his first serves and a number of fairly simple shots, but Nakashima also deserves credit for how solidly he's playing, especially considering it's his first-ever Laver Cup match, and he expected to be a reserve until last week.
16:30 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: That was a real show of resilience from Ruud, who had to fight back from a set down and then 3-1 down in the deciding tiebreak, and the reward is a 1-0 lead for Team Europe.
It was a scrappy match, with far more unforced errors than winners, but team captains Yannick Noah and Andre Agassi will be fairly satisfied with their players, who both served very well, played some decent stuff at times and showed full commitment.
The result has gone down well here, with the crowd really getting behind Yannick Noah's Europeans, even if the host nation are unlikely to see one of their own take to the court this weekend, with the only Brits being reserve player Arthur Fery and vice-captain Tim Henman.
16:25 CET - Casper Ruud and Team Europe draw first blood!
Like the rest of the match, there was precious little to choose between the two players in the final tiebreak, with them trading mini-breaks throughout before Ruud got the all-important one at 8-8 when Cerundolo hit a passing shot just wide. The Norwegian then sealed the win with an overhead smash at the net.
16:10 CET - Ruud strikes back! The Norwegian player took charge in the second set, almost breaking serve at 3-3 before doing so at 5-4. He then held serve without much trouble, as he's done for most of the match, to take things into a deciding 10-point tiebreak.
15:24 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: A tight first set of the 2026 Laver Cup has gone the way of Cerundolo and Team World, with the Argentine edging it in a tiebreak.
Both got precious little on the other's serve, with not a single break point being forced, but three mini-breaks to two in the tiebreak saw Cerundolo prevail.
Beyond the tennis, the O2 has put on quite a show, with screens featuring all kinds of graphics and stats all over the arena. And while some aspects of the presentation such as the strobe lighting may be a bit much, the signature black court really does look great.
14:52 CET - Linda Noskova sends the Czech Republic to the Billie Jean King Cup final!
The world number six has seen off Cristina Bucsa, edging a tight one-hour first set 7-6 before winning the second 6-2 to knock Spain out.
Bucsa dug deep and saved two set points in the first set before taking things to a tiebreak, but Noskova ultimately had too much quality.
This is the first time since 2018 that Czechia have made the final of this competition, and the first time since it was renamed the BJK Cup. Across all its guises, they've remarkably won 11 of the 12 finals they've contested, and will look to improve that record against either Ukraine or reigning champions Italy on Sunday.
14:20 CET - Finley Crebolder at the O2 Arena: The Laver Cup is underway!
Casper Ruud and Francisco Cerundolo have got things started at a packed O2 Arena in London, where the Norwegian has won the first game in front of Team Europe's home crowd.
Ruud is something of a Laver Cup veteran, with this being his sixth time playing in it, and he's won four of five singles matches - can he keep that strong record going today?
12:57 CET - The Czech Republic have gone 1-0 in the first of the Billie Jean King Cup semi-finals, with Wimbledon runner-up Karolina Muchova taking down Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in the first singles rubber 7-5, 6-4.
The Czechs are now just one win away from Sunday's final. Next up, Wimbledon winner Linda Noskova faces Cristina Bucsa, who has to win to keep this tie alive for Spain.

10:40 CET - Just 20 minutes now until play gets underway in the Billie Jean King Cup semi-finals as world number eight and Wimbledon runner-up Karolina Muchova takes to the court for Czechia against Spain's Jessica Bouzas Maneiro.
08:00 CET - Good morning and welcome back to our live coverage of the Billie Jean King Cup and Laver Cup - two team competitions taking place in Shenzhen and London, respectively.
Play begins in China in three hours, with the first semi-final between 11-time BJK Cup champions Czechia and five-time winners Spain.
The Czech side will be the favourites against Spain, boasting a team full of some of the world's best players. Wimbledon champion Linda Noskova leads the way, alongside the woman she beat in the final, Karolina Muchova, and world number one doubles player and 13-time Grand Slam champion Katerina Siniakova.
For the Spaniards, 35th-ranked Cristina Bucsa and 93rd-ranked Jessica Bouzas Maneiro will be hoping to cause an upset and book their spot in the final.
Meanwhile, the Laver Cup begins at 14:00 CET, a three-day event that pits Team Europe against Team World. Check out everything you need to know about the tournament here!
World won the Laver Cup last year and have won three of the last four editions. However, led by seven-time Grand Slam champion Carlos Alcaraz, as well as Roland Garros and US Open winner Alexander Zverev, Europe will be looking to wrestle back the trophy.
The first match sees Casper Ruud go head-to-head with Francisco Cerundolo, before Jakub Mensik clashes with Brandon Nakashima.
In the evening session, Rafa Jodar faces Alexander Bublik, before Alcaraz links up with Mensik in the doubles to take on Bublik and World's star man, Taylor Fritz.
